Views of the Gulf of Mexico can be seen from the unit, perfect for watching evening sunsets! The master bedroom has a beautiful king bed with a 43″ flat screen TV with HD service. The guest bedroom has two full size beds with a 32″ flat screen TV. To comply with the Sarasota County fire code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is six. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower with grab bars, and the guest bathroom has a bath tub also equipped with a grab bar. The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. It is fully equipped with all the necessary items you need for cooking – pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffeemaker and a Keurig coffee machine. The living room is equipped with a large 55′ flat screen TV with HD TV service. The condo has hard wood floors throughout the unit. The enclosed patio with sliding windows allow you to enjoy the lovely coastal breezes. The pool on the beach shown in the photo is not part of our property.
