It is located on the eighty floor of our Grande Tower Building overlooking the beach. The views of the Gulf of Mexico from this property are perfect for watching the stunning Siesta Key sunsets. With it’s great location in the Tower, it’s just an easy stroll away from the beach. There you can enjoy our white quartz sand, and the Gulf’s warm waters. The unit’s living and dining room areas are combined to extend your entertaining space and include a 43″ flat screen TV with HD service for your enjoyment. The bedroom has two new queen-size beds with flat screen TV. The bathroom is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully equipped with all the items you need for meals and drinks (pots/pans, dishes, blender, utensils, toaster, as well as a 12-cup Mr. Coffee brewer). The condo is completely tiled throughout, and the balcony has been converted into the living room area. Please note, the pool on the beach shown in the photo is part of the neighboring property.
