An absolutely incredible location in Crested Butte, 215 Butte borders permanent open spaces and enjoys stunning and forever protected views of the Paradise Divide mountains, Gothic Mountain, Mt. Crested Butte and the Slate River valley. From this spot it is an easy walk or townie bike ride to Elk Avenue shopping, dining and nightlife. Out the back door you can hit the trails in winter for cross-country skiing or snowshoeing and in summer you can easily start your hike or bike ride out to Peanut Lake and the Lower Loop!The almost 4,000 SFT layout is perfect for large family gatherings and Colorado style entertaining with an open plan that puts the living, dining, kitchen and master suite on the main level that connects to the huge deck via double doors. The living room’s floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace is a wood burner!
