Located just two blocks from the beach and a few blocks to all the awesome restaurants and shops Ocean Beach has to offer!This unit has a fully equipped kitchen, speedy wifi, flatscreen smart TV, patio, shared washer/dryer and parking for one compact car. Each bedroom has a comfy queen bed and the living room has a large, cozy couch great for plopping after a long day in the sun!This is a ground floor unit, in a 4-unit complex.Please note: This unit does NOT have A/C. There are ceiling fans in the unit.For larger groups, we have 3 other units at this property that can also be rented. Please inquire for more information!Parking: There is a small parking space for one compact car. If the car does not fit, there is free street parking in the neighborhood.Quiet hours are between 10pm-8am as to not disturb neighboring units on the property.Pets are not allowed at this property.
