This villa has many special features that the owners have provided to enhance your stay.The updated kitchen is fully stocked with granite counter tops, white cabinetry and both Keurig and 10 Cup carafe coffee makers. Additional kitchen items include a toaster, blender and mixer. The bright kitchen is open to the dining room with seating for six. A breakfast bar separates the kitchen and dining area and has counter seating. The dining area seats six.The large primary bedroom has wood flooring and has a queen bed with 34″ Smart TV, en suite bath and tiled floor. The primary bath features a quartz vanity with double sinks and a tub/shower combo. A guest bedroom has two twin beds. Sliding doors in this bedroom lead out to the covered patio. Lovely views of the golf course can be seen from both bedrooms. A full hall bath has a walk-in shower. The laundry area off the bedrooms has a full -sized stacked washer and dryer. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).Cancellation Policy:If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee.
