Beautiful contemporary remodeled Canyon Run condo! Plus all new furniture, flat screen TVs and excellent river views. Great location for Beaver Creek or Vail skiers. Enjoy this spacious 3 bedroom/ 3 bath condo with great walkability to town, restaurants/shopping in Avon. Across the street from Starbucks and the Avon bakery. Located right on the Avon town bus line to take you straight to the base of Beaver Creek Resort. Complex has a private hot tub to soak in after a day of skiing. This condo won’t disappoint.Great open floor plan. One bedroom with a queen bed and 3/4 bath on the main level. There is a balcony off the living room with a new BBQ. On the lower level you have the master bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom plus the 3rd guest bedroom with 2 twin beds and an ensuite full bath. There is full size W/D on the lower level plus an additional pull out twin bed if needed at the stair landing. It is a short walk to the hot tub on the east side of the building. All new stainless appliances. Water heater on demand so everyone gets a hot shower. Flat screen TVs throughout plus Comcast cable and internet to enjoy. Very cozy and comfortable condo.LocationComplex is located right on the Town of Avon’s red bus line. Bus will take you straight to the base of BC resort. From there you can grab a free bus straight up to the resort. Less than a 10 minute walk to the Gondola in Avon if you prefer.Other things to noteIn the kitchen: – The coffee maker is a Keurig. The little pots for the coffee maker are not provided. – There is a kettle too. – There is a grill in the main level balcony.
