It also has a shaded dining area with a table and chairs set for 6, plus 4 sun loungers on the pool deck. The pool can be heated (optional extra) and a pool security fence is provided for families with small children. Plus bar top table with two stools.At the front of the home is a private driveway with parking for two cars. The home has a laundry room with a washer, dryer and ironing equipment. Community quiet hours from 10pm – 8am.IMPORTANT BOOKING TERMS:OCCUPANCY:Due to strict insurance purposes, the property accommodates a maximum of 6 people and 1 baby. If this rule cannot be followed, please do not book the property. No smoking.SUPPLIES PROVIDED:All our homes are self-catering. We provide an initial starter pack free of charge to help you on your first night that includes 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 small soap per bathroom, 1 kitchen paper roll, 2 dishwasher tabs, 1 kitchen sponge, 3 kitchen trash bags and 1 bag per small bedroom bin and 1 laundry detergent tab. All provisions beyond this are the guest’s responsibility to bring with them/purchase locally. We do not supply additional/unlimited toilet paper, toiletries or cleaning products.POOL HEAT OPTION:The pool can be heated and is an additional $45 plus tax per day for the minimum of 3 consecutive days. Please book pool heat before you arrive. If you request pool heat after your arrival, please note it takes around 24 hours to get to temperature and there is a $20 call out fee to come to the home to switch the pool heat on for you.Pool heating is set to 87 degrees (please note, this is not warm to the touch, it is set to keep the chill off the water and raise it from its natural temperature in the 60s). Temperatures cannot be set higher due to sanitary regulations.Please note that we cannot be held responsible for failure of the pool heating equipment or issues caused by weather conditions. During the winter months when temperatures are in the 50s and below, this will affect the ability of the pool heaters to keep the pool to temperature.Guests will still be charged for the pool heat, as the pool heaters will be running, so it is down to the guest to decide if they then wish to cancel their remaining days of pool heat use – we must be notified if they wish for us to switch it off. Refunds will be given on any unused days of pool heat and by booking pool heat the guests agree that no compensation will be given due to faulty pool heaters or bad/cold weather.We suggest guests check the weather forecast for temperatures before their upcoming stay and then cancel pool heat accordingly if they feel it will be too cold.
