On the deck outside you can enjoy dining at the table that seats 6 while you share your favorite BBQ delights on the propane grill.The laundry room is next to the kitchen with full size washer/dryer for your convenience.The master bedroom is on the first floor with king bed, 55″ HDTV and en suite bath. Sliding doors lead to a nice decked area with seating – perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or favorite beverage as the day begins and ends.Two guest bedrooms are on the second level and share a full hall bath. The first room features a king bed with sky lights. The upper deck off the second bedroom has been enclosed creating a suite with 2 queen beds plus a queen sleeper sofa and 55″ HDTV.Seabrook Island is a private welcoming oceanfront community just miles from historic Charleston, SC. All built in recent years, the updated amenities have earned Seabrook Island world-wide accolades.** Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $40/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 3 GATE PASSES TOTALOnce the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are included in the rental rate. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).Cancellation Policy:For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest’s under the terms of the Rental Agreement.For monthly rentals the policy is as follows:For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee.
