The third guest room has a queen bed with deck access as well. You’ll delight in the low country coastal views throughout this light and bright home. The master bedroom is upstairs on the main level. This large room has a king bed with updated, en suite bath and 45″ HDTV with Netflix. Step out onto the deck on this upper level, (accessible from the master bedroom and the main living area), and enjoy the ocean breeze and the distant ocean views.The living room area is open with a beautiful vaulted ceiling, and floor to ceiling windows making it feel almost as though you’re standing in a tree house. A sectional couch provides cozy seating. The updated kitchen is fully stocked and open to the dining and living room areas. Some of the kitchen highlights include quartz counter tops, stainless appliances and regular brew coffee maker. There is a corner breakfast nook off the kitchen with a pub height table and 4 bar stools. The dining room table has seating for 10.Up to (1) dog is welcome. Seabrook is a captivating island full of low country splendor just waiting for you to explore.* Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 4 GATE PASSES TOTALOnce the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).Cancellation Policy:For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest’s under the terms of the Rental Agreement.For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows:For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited.
