YFAB makes sure there is a sound system you can connect your devices to so you can have music where ever you go!Our kitchens are known for how spacious and well-equipped they are – from the first cup of coffee from the Keurig (or regular coffee pot if you prefer) to that frozen drink in the blender at the end of your day at the beach, you will find everything you need at your fingertips. You will also find a high chair for the baby!Bedroom layout:Master bedroom with private master bathroom, large walk-in closet (big enough for the pack and play that we provide)- Updated Master bathroom with double sinks, soaking tub, stand alone shower with double shower heads.Second bedroom with king size bed (shares hall bathroom – just updated with new vanities and shower/tub combination)Third bedroom with king size bed and en suite updated bathroom.Fourth bedroom with two queen size beds, adjoining updated hall bathroomBonus bunk room with a bunk bed with twin over twin beds.All bedrooms have 100% cotton sheets, phone charges by each bedside, and flat screen Smart TV’s.All three bathrooms have 100% cotton towels (and plenty of them!), shower soap, hand soaps, and two rolls of toilet paper to start.The large patio gives you a bird’s eye view of the gulf front pool so you can watch the children play in the pool (heated in the cooler months). You are just steps from the beach walkover between B and C building. From the front door of B101, you can be at the gym in the building just behind B – and also enjoy the hot tub and another tri-level pool with fountains and waterfalls (not heated).ADAGIO PRIVATE BEACHThe Beach Chair service is available but not included. We highly recommend considering the beach chair service as the amount of space for personal chairs and umbrellas is extremely limited. The sooner you book the beach chair service, the better your position will be on the beach.Restrictions include: No RV’s or Trailers, HOA rules do not allow pets, No rentals to under 25 nor to chaperoned groups. Two cars only per condo unless a third spot is purchased from HOA.Balance is due sixty days before arrival. You may cancel up to 60 days before arrival and receive your deposit back minus a $199 handling fee.Two bike rentals are included with your rental, the 20 miles of bike trails along 30A await just outside the gate. You are just five miles from Seaside and four miles from Watercolor. The shops at Gulf Place are three miles to the west and we have some of the best restaurants on 30A nearby.
