We allow guests up to 6 people and can comfortably sleep 6.The living room has its own new Roku smart TV and Bluetooth sound system with access to apps like Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, & Disney+. Internet access throughout the home is also included.The living room has an assortment of board games, cards, and Scrabble for more relaxed evenings.Work from home with an updated office area that includes an area to hook your laptop to the provided monitor or use it as another viewing area for kids or gamers to play.The Primary bedroom has a new plush queen bed and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds and is tucked upstairs with a modern spiral staircase leading the way.The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, appliances, silverware, dinnerware, pots/pans and basic cooking spices, a new fridge, and a coffee/tea station.Bathrooms have cruelty-free, vegan shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided including a hair dryer and straightener.NOTE: The condo sits 100 feet from Lake Conroe and the community boat ramp is only 5 minutes down the road.Guest accessGuests will have access to the house and property except for a closet for the owner’s/house cleaner’s use.
