Our home is centrally located in a highly desirable neighborhood in West Sedona. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful home to relax with your friends or family then this is the spot for you. It is a short walking distance to national forest trails such as Sugar Loaf, Thunder Mountain, Chimney Rock and Teacup. We are also close to the Amitabha Stupa & Peace Park. Shopping, dining, art galleries, spas and a movie theatre are also a short distance away. The home has a open floor plan with split bedrooms. The master bedroom is an en suite with a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a king bed. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo. There are two twin pull out chairs in the common area. The house is one level, no stairs. The home includes high speed WiFi, cable TV in all the bedrooms. There is a full size W/D with laundry soap, iron, ironing board, pack and play for infants and board games. There is a ice chest available as well as a picnic blanket if you choose to picnic in one of the beautiful surrounding areas. Beach towels are available if you should visit Slide Rock, which I highly recommend. We also have four yoga mats available for your use. There is convenient parking for two cars in the driveway. Garage access is not allowed.The backyard space has amazing red rock views with outdoor seating at a table for 6. Enjoy the red rock waterfall for your peace and tranquility.We are located in a quiet, residential neighborhood at the base of Thunder Mountain. This is a family/retiree neighborhood. Please respect my neighbors privacy, peace and quiet. No loud noise after 9. PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED AT MY HOUSE. A $500 fine will be imposed if you do.
