This Luxurious Shores of Panama 9 th floor Condo was completely renovated in 2020, with new furniture, bedding, appliances, quartz counters, vinyl plank flooring and a 65 inch TV. Features two bedrooms and a bunk room with a barn door for privacy, 3 private full baths, with Washer/Dryer in unit. Reserved parking on same floor avoid elevators bringing in your luggage and supplies. This is not your average Shores of Panama Unit, we have upgraded it with features as if it were our own home. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything that you need to prepare meals.Shores of Panama features the largest pool area and most amenities of any resort on the beach, which includes pool bar, snack bar, & coffee shop. Also centrally located for easy access to local restaurants, Walmart is across the street and Publix 1.5 miles away. Mini golf, zoo, Ripley’s Believe it or not, and Wonder Works with in sight of the condominium.The unit was picked for the fantastic view of the sunsets and the view of the pool from balcony. Beach is accessible through the pool area .* Parking passes (2) and (8) arm bands must be purchased from the concierge desk $90on arrival at resort ,parking passes and arm bands are mandatory for use of parking and recreational facility
