About 15 – 20 minutes from North Myrtle Beach. Brunswick Plantation is a gated community offering 27 holes of golf. It is located just 3 miles from the South Carolina border. Condo offers 2 spacious master bedrooms with 2 full sized beds in each room. A split bedroom design, one bedroom, has a walk-in closet; making this a great choice for long-term renters! This bedroom also includes a kitchenette, microwave, and eating table (4 chairs). The main living area is open and airy with comfortable seating. There are two sets of sliders that open to a large-covered balcony with a table and 4 chairs, where you can enjoy the bright morning sunshine or a cool shady place to relax in the afternoon. An abundance of waterfowl, fish, and turtles make this lagoon their home, lots to keep you entertained. If inside fun is more your thing, you’ll enjoy the many board games, puzzles, cards, and poker chips available for your use. We also have a DVD/Blu-ray player with misc. DVDs for kids and adults. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker and all the necessary kitchen utensils, pots/pans, and dishes you’ll need to cook a great meal. In addition to the dining table, there are 2 breakfast bar stools for additional seating. The condo is equipped with a stackable washer/dryer. All towels and bedding are included. If you are interested in golf, you’ve come to the right place! About 90 golf courses can be found along the Grand Strand. Brunswick Plantation offers a 27-hole golf course, driving range, and putting green. Inside the stately southern Plantation-House, you’ll find a pro-shop and restaurant, serving great food and drinks. It’s always best to call ahead for available hours.
