The main deck features an outdoor dining table and additional seating. There is plenty of parking for vehicles and trailers in the 2 car garage and circular driveway.The home features Starlink WIFI with average internet speeds around 100mbs (we have seen them up to 200mbs) which makes multiple people streaming their favorite services (Netflix, Disney etc.) a breeze. There is no cable TV at the home.Bed Configuration: (All bedrooms are on the main floor and have TVs – a TV has been added to the basement as well)Master – King2nd – King3rd – QueenBasement: Pull out Sofa (Double)The home is NOT pet friendly. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date.
