It has comfy chairs and a sofa, plus another dining table that seats four.The Florida room leads out to a large deck with a great ocean view, providing spectacular views of the sunrise while enjoying your morning coffee! Also, the deck has a gas grill for grilling those yummy burgers! The deck will provide endless relaxation and quickly become your favorite spot!The house has three bedrooms with the living room separating the king bedroom from the other two bedrooms, making for optimum privacy.
