Welcome to our Blue Grotto on the beautiful Anna Maria Island. We hope you will enjoy every minute of your stay in our 1800 square feet beach house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Our unique property features huge living area and full kitchen. Our little slice of heaven is perfect for family vacays, wedding guests, fishing or golfing trips or that annual girls trip! You are only 6 houses to the beach or right out the back door to the large pool. You will want to return year after year!This home is a 2 family and only half will be rented at a time…. which allows complete privacy to the home and pool*.Location, Location, Location! The locals call this area the “Golden Triangle” because ALL THE THINGS are right around the corner. A short 5 minute walk to the AMI Beach Cafe serving my Dad’s favorite all-you-can-eat pancakes. A quick 2 minute golf cart ride to grab a cold beer at the Freckled Fin Irish Pub or 5 minutes in the other direction for some ice cream at my personal fav- Two Scoops! Adult Night Out…don’t worry, The Doctor’s Office is crafting cocktails only 2 minutes away. If things get ugly at the Ugly Grouper, you are only 2 minutes from home. If you want to pick up some of the freshest seafood around at Capt Anthony’s Seafood Market and grill by the pool then your side dishes from Publix are only 4 short minutes from home. Jump on the free Island Trolley at the end of the block to check out Coquina Beach or Anna Maria City Pier. Feeling like a homemade cinnamon roll just about the size of your head then head straight to Ginny’s & Jane E’s Cafe. You won’t want to miss the sunset at The Sand Bar and while you are there…order a pina colada with a dark rum floater! Historic Bridge Street will keep the whole gang entertained for hours purchasing all the sharks teeth, alligator sculptures, shell bracelets, bathing suits or singing along with the band at Island Time Bar and Grill. It shouldn’t even be legal to skip a fried grouper sandwich on the deck at Tide Tables. Some would argue that the fried shrimp at Starfish are life changing.Southern hospitality and a chill vibe welcomes all ages at the AMI Blue Grotto. Enjoy an afternoon game on the outdoor tv while the kids swim in the large pool. With only steps to the sugar white sand beach, the Blue Grotto is so convenient to pop back and forth for that true island style living. Who will rule the shuffleboard table on this trip? Who will be the first to spot a Manatee or perhaps one of the 5 different species of Sea Turtles? A quick 1 minute walk in the evening to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets from the most beautiful white sand beach is the best stress reliever that I have ever found. Come back home to rest in one of the 2 king bedrooms or double twin bedroom….each with their own television.Come experience the vintage charm of Anna Maria Island, a seven mile little slice of heaven where flip flops are standard and the speed limit tops out at 35 mph.
