Beautiful home that comfortably sleeps 6. Part of a community that shares a large family friendly beach. Within walking distance to downtown Center Harbor. A great location for a weekend away at Lake Winnipesaukee!Our home comes fully equipped with the following: Three Bedrooms (master has queen bed and TV), one full bathroom, one sitting room with couches and coffee table, one den with a TV, one propane grill, one fully screened in porch.You’ll have access to the entire house, shared lawn areas, shared beach, and dock. You will not have access to the boat slip, boat parking, or our boat. If you require boat docking you can use the Center Harbor public docks. They have free 3 hour parking all day. The docks are .5 miles from the house. They are closed overnight.We’ll be available via phone, email, and text.Unfortunately the house is not handicap accessible. There are two window air conditioners installed in master bedroom and living room.
