Updated Single-Family, River Access & Farm ViewsThe main floor area consists of two separate living rooms, one with a brand new large sectional couch, TV, and a propane electric stove to keep you toasty in the cooler months. The other includes a pull-out queen couch, comfy chair, and ‘work from anywhere’ desk space.There is an open kitchen/dining area with three barstools and separate breakfast area along a wall of windows with views of the field, farm and river. Attached on the main level are both a deck with outdoor dining table overlooking the field, river and farm, and a covered back porch with a small couch, chairs, coffee table, two swings and a gas grill with views of the next door farm and their goats!The main floor also includes a 1/2 bath with washer and dryer.Upstairs there are four bedrooms: The primary bedroom with king bed and sitting area and a full ensuite bathroom, two bunk rooms each with a set of twin bunkbeds, and a bedroom with a queen-sized bed. There is also a shared full bath with tub/shower in the upstairs hallway.Outside you’ll find a private back yard and expansive side field with river access and views of next-door Adam’s Farm.
