You can easily walk/bike onto the recreation path and walk towards the Mountain or into town stopping at various shops, restaurants or breweries along the way. The community its self offers 2 swimming pools for your use. Look out of the sliding glass door of this townhouse onto an open field with direct views of Mount Mansfield. This recently remodeled unit has a new Primary Bathroom, new flooring, completely re painted in all rooms. The living room has a gas fireplace with a stone surround opening up into a large living room area. The dining area opens into the recently remodeled kitchen with newer cabinets and appliances, there is also a half bathroom just off the kitchen. The Primary Bedroom is on the lower level with views of Mount Mansfield, this also has a gas fireplace with a stone surround. The ensuite Primary Bathroom has a new walk in shower, with a new vanity and sinks. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms one with a Queen bed and the other with 2 twin beds. There is a bathroom in between the two with new counter tops and sinks. Enjoy all new bedding and Ralph Lauren towels.
