There are excellent views of the rolling foothills of the Green Mountains from the deck, the main living area, and the primary bedroom!The upper level consists of three bedrooms and two full baths – the primary bedroom with an en-suite bath, and two additional bedrooms. A new Mitsubishi air-conditioning system provides excellent cooling as well as high-efficiency heating throughout the condo. It also has newly installed bi-polar ionization filters to kill viruses and enhance indoor air quality. Two of the upstairs bedrooms have individual cooling units, and the third is adequately cooled by these units. Each bedroom also has a ceiling fan.The main level has a full, well-equipped kitchen, half bath, office, and dining and living areas with a fireplace. There is a furnished deck off this level which includes comfortable chairs with side tables, an umbrella, and a grill. The decor showcases artwork by noted Vermont artists, including original works by Anne Cady, Marion Barstow Huse, Sabra Johnson (Field), and Jon Olsen. (Works by Cady, Field, and Olsen can be viewed and purchased at The Woodstock Gallery in beautiful Woodstock, VT – a 15-minute drive from the condo.) You’ll also enjoy 1 GB Xfinity wireless internet.It is an easy walk from this home to the Village of Quechee. With the rental of this home, you are able to purchase optional access to the Quechee Club and its amenities.
