Sonos upstairs and downstairs with 2portable Sonos speakers for outside. There is an assault bike, adjustable dumbbells, flat bench, yoga mats, and ab ball for use. There is also a fire pit in the back with 12 chairs. Driveway can hold 5 cars so parking should not be an issue.Located in the Settlers Landing community with access to the beach (~10 min. walk), this private oasis offers the ability for kayaking, paddle boarding or a relaxing sunset stretch across the bay.No reviews because the house has never been rented before, happy to answer any questions.
