A five thousand dollar security deposit is required. Any breach of this agreement (including occupancy or unauthorized pets) will result in a result in a total loss of the security deposit.Pets must be approved by the owner in writing. There is a non negotiable pet fee of $500.00 per week. $250.00 per weekend.
