Noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a Sojourn representative will respond andyour reservation could be terminated without refund.What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains – If found that these cause plumbing issues Sojourn can and will charge the guest.* Cooking Grease/Food/Coffee grinds should never be poured down any drain, period.* Feminine Products. Tampons and other feminine hygiene products are not supposed to be flushed down the toilet.* Baby Wipes/Wet Wipes/Cleaning Pads* Dental Floss* Q-tips/Cotton Balls* Diapers* Pills* Paper Towels/Tissues or excess toilet paperFireworks are illegal in Virginia. If you are found to be engaged in setting off fireworks we are required by the city to immediately terminate your stay. Also If you are found responsible for having started a wildfire or dune fire withfireworks, you may be liable for all suppression and reclamation costs or even face imprisonment and fines.3) We are happy to provide both a Pack and Play and/or high chair. These must be reserved in advance and a $25 rental fee will be charged.5) There may be times where the home needs unexpected, or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay with us, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus Sojourn reserves the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24 hour written notice.Interaction with Guests:We live only blocks away in the same neighborhood and are available to answer questions or offer suggestions.
