Beautiful newly expanded living room, new bar & frame TV with renovated main level laundry and half bath. Large dining room with seating for 6-8 with one of the best views in northern Michigan. Leading out to deck with stairway down to water. The newly remodeled kitchen is stocked with dishes, pans, appliances; truly a chef’s delight. Upper level includes sitting area with queen memory foam sleeper sofa as well as two queen bedrooms (one with a private deck and spectacular view of Lake Charlevoix) and newly renovated bathroom to share.Our family purchased this home in Boyne City after many years vacationing all across Northern Michigan. We love the natural beauty, as well as the activities with easy access to surrounding small town destinations like Petoskey, Charlevoix, Harbor Springs and others for shopping and restaurants. We enjoy boating, supporting local businesses, music events, festivals and everything outdoor. Seven day minimum stays apply.
