The property is in a quiet residential area with long-time residents including families with kids and senior citizens who are sensitive to noise. Violation of this ordinance will be reported and will result in calling the authorities and sending our local security team to the unit to vacate all guests from the premises immediately with no refund.▸ Checkout time is 10am▸ Check-in time is 4pm-11pm▸ Outdoor quiet hours from 9pm-8am.▸ NO events, large gatherings, or loud music. Filming and Photoshoots are prohibited without Host’s permission. There is a minimum fine of $500.▸ No smoking of ANY KIND is permitted in the unit. Bunk beds are full sized so can sleep 1 adult & one small child per bed. Max weight occupancy for top bunk is 250 lbs. Twin trundle can sleep one additional adult or one child.We have two twin sized rollaway beds that can sleep two adults. Please request bedding for the rollaway beds upon check in if you plan on using these.If you are staying longer than 2 weeks, we respectfully request that you please agree to additional cleaning every 14 days.Kid Friendly Amenities1.
