Summary:This property is incredibly special. The views are fantastic! The space is so expansive, it feels like it goes on forever out to the beach and the sky. This is an historic Laguna Beach two-story home, set to modern standards. This home is the second story of the structure. Garage parking for one car.This property is on the ocean side of PCH at Victoria Beach, which is a stunner. The walk is approximately 3 minutes to beach access.The Space:Such a beautiful expansive home with ocean views from every room. We Have everything supplied for you, all you need is your luggage and a quick trip to the nearby grocery store for food. We have all linens and towels, toilet paper, paper towels, Full sized shampoo, conditioner, body cream, soap, dishwashing liquid, hand soap, laundry detergent, all spices, coffee pot/traditional and Keurig with pods supplied, Coffee cream, Tea, filtered water, toaster, blender, microwave, crockpot. For the beach we have new beach towels , new beach chairs, new beach umbrella, supplied for five.The grounds are amazing at this property. You have your own private, brick patio and garden, your private barbecue with full propane tank, beautiful places to walk on the property, and a fire pit. For your 20′ x 20′ patio, we have all new furniture, dining table and seating for 4 for dinner outside.Inside is the dining room area which is also the office with incredible ocean views to do your work or eat your meals. Your private patio has new sofa and chairs looking right at the ocean. The living room area has seating for six, We have the brand new European pillow top gel infused Eastern king bed, and for your guests we have the highest quality portable bed that inflates in two minutes. We have all the linens for your guest bed as well.Guest Access:everythingThe Neighborhood:It’s a one and a half minute walk to the beach in a beautiful historic neighborhood.The town of Laguna Beach is so charming.Getting Around:THERE IS PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION NEARBY AND LAGUNA BEACH PROBABLY RUNS OFTEN. OTHERWISE YOU WOULD NEED A CAR UNLESS YOU WERE GOING TO THE BEACH OF COURSE YOU JUST WALK 1 1/2 MINUTES.Other Things to Note:You will hear some street noise at the property because of our closeness to PCH.Interaction with Guests:Are available 24/7, we are a mile and a half away. Anything you need just text or call. WE ARE HERE FOR YOU.
