Offering the convenience of the neighborhood, you will still feel a world away from all of the neighbors the way the home is designed on the hill. You will step through the private courtyard to this impressive home. The living room features a red stone hand crafted gas fireplace, soaring wood cathedral ceilings, local rojo red travertine tile, a flat screen TV and the most amazing red rock views. Step out to the patio to enjoy an awe-inspiring views. The kitchen showcases granite counter tops and back splash, stainless steel appliances, gas stove, island, pantry, bay window above the sink with views and wood floors. Adjacent is the breakfast nook to enjoy your meal(s) with the back drop of the red rocks with a built in bar area with granite counter tops and sink. There is also a formal dining area where you are surrounded with views of the red rocks. The master-suite is warm and inviting with flat screen TV, separate sitting area, king size bed, walk-in closet and private patio with remarkable red rock views. The master bathroom highlights new granite counter tops, dual sinks, a wall mounted flat screen TV, toilet and bidet, with walk-in shower. The second master suite features a king bed, seating area and private exit to the patio. The third bedroom features two queen size beds, flat screen TV, seating area and private patio access. The 4th bedroom is located on the lower level and features two twin size beds.
