This welcoming space has a fully loaded kitchen with a coffee station, in-unit washer and dryer, designated home office, fast Wi-Fi, Hulu, and free private parking.This plush duplex is in a quaint neighborhood in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids. My neighbors are quiet and friendly working professionals. The apartment is in a residential area, just blocks from all the exciting treasures that downtown Grand Rapids has to offer… museums, festivals, fireworks, sporting events (and its Beer City designation) have brought in visitors from around the world.Uber, Lyft, Lime E-Scooters and E-Bikes, public transitAdditional info and a few House Rules• The sanitized towels and washcloths are in the bathroom.• For stays longer than 1 week, please let me know if you will need any cleanings during your stay. :)• Please do not wear your shoes in the house. Place them on the welcome mat upon entering.• If you are the last one to bed, please don’t forget to hit the light switch! 🙂 Thank you for helping to save electricity. :)• Please be mindful and courteous of the neighbors.
