Any pets MUST be approved, requiring a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet to be paid prior to check-in. Any unapproved pets will result in a $250 fine. If pets will be in the property over 1 week, MyTripify reserves the right to require guests to purchase travel insurance. The rooftop is off limits to guests per our attorney’s recommendation.We provide starter supplies, enough for 3-4 day stays. It will be up to the guest to replenish those supplies for extended stays.Interaction with Guests:Enjoy privacy during your stay, knowing you will not be disturbed at the property without prior notification unless there is an emergency.
