Mixed demographics and foot traffic are common this close to downtown so please know before booking.I recommend you use Uber, Lyft or grab a cool Lime or Bird scooter. If you haven’t used them before I have coupon codes to discount your first ride. From the airport, an Uber is estimated to be just around $20. Uber downtown is less than $5!!No smoking ($250 fee)No parties ($500 fee)* Please be respectful of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum from 10:00 pm – 8:00 am.PLEASE NOTE: CHECK IN TIME IS ANYTIME AFTER 4PM.
