Light filled space comfortably fits 2, but can accommodate 4 (with sofabed). (Please note — additional guests over 2 incur an additional $25/person per night.)Guests’ space is completely private with separate entrance (front & back), all amenities included – cable/WiFi, gourmet kitchen, washer/dryer, heated floors (bedroom/bathroom). Conveniently located and designed to accommodate business travelers and visitors alike.One block from public bus, Capitol Bikeshare, 8 blocks from 2 metro lines (Union Station & Eastern Market), and 2 blocks from the H Street trolley, and 4 blocks from Whole Foods. Street parking requires a premier (for longer than 2 hours), which may incur an additional cost.I spent 2 years lovingly rebuilding this space in an 1890s historic row house to make it incredible. Every attention to detail, to include solar panels for the house.
