We have six/seven bedrooms, three bathrooms, three fireplaces, two full kitchens and all the supplies you might need. We also have a great Hot Tub, BBQ, large back deck with double picnic tables, treasure trail for kids and so much more… located on a large lot in a cul-de-sac. Enjoy your morning coffee as the deer & wildlife visit daily!Just make yourself at home. This is a cozy lodge that makes people feel very comfortable. You will love the fact that your entire family can be together in one place which is very hard to do in most areas and especially in Flagstaff.Our guests tell us they don’t want to leave because they feel so much at home. When your group stays together in a large home, you want to be together, but you might also want space for privacy… we have both. The “BIG R” has a bunch of areas for gathering, play time and sleeping. The house has multi levels and is built into the hill. You walk out to the back deck from the main level. We have two picnic tables on the back deck so your group can all enjoy breakfast or any other meal together outside. Our home is full of funny quotes and fantastic art. Feel free to enjoy our library of books, cookbooks, games, party box and more. We have an awesome living room that has a brand-new smart TV in the middle, surrounded by a large sectional couch. We even have a piano you can play, although it is not tuned. You’ll have access to Wi-Fi.The “BIG R” is in a great location in Flagstaff and close to all area attractions including; Downtown Flagstaff, Sedona, the Grand Canyon, Page and Williams. We are very close to the North Pole Experience at Little America. We also have guests who love the Polar Express out of Williams, Arizona. Uber is very affordable from our home. There is a $50 fee per dog.There is no smoking allowed on the property.There is a minimum age requirement of 25 years old.No parties or events are permitted without Manager approval. Confetti is not allowed to be used on the property. It can damage the floor and result in significant and expensive repairs.A rental contract must be signed and submitted, after reservation confirmation.Must climb stairs – There are stairs to each level. Hand rails are included.Surveillance or recording devices on property – There are two Arlo motion detector cameras on the front and back of the home for your protection.Outside activities must be shut down by 10:30 PM. Our neighbors are amazing and we want to keep them happy.We have four parking spots on the driveway. No trailers are allowed as an HOA rule. The garage is not available for guest use. Per the City of Flagstaff and Coconino County Ordinance, we cannot permit more than 4 vehicles at this property.There is no fence around the fountain.No on-street parking. The City may give you a ticket and the snow plow trucks may not come up our street to plow. Sometimes our HOA will fine vehicles parked on the street.
