Early risers can catch a stunning sunrise while you enjoy a cup of coffee on your private balcony.Our cozy studio is located directly across the street from Lincolnville Beach and above the Maine Artisans store. The studio is perfect for 2 people, but it will hold 4. There is a queen size bed and the sofa pulls out to a queen size bed. Smart TV and Roku allows you to enjoy a movie on the provided Hulu, Disney+ or sports on ESPN, or sign into your own accounts for other streaming services.For preparing meals, there is a full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and coffee maker.After your day of exploring the area, enjoy a soak in the jetted tub.Notes:- To light sleepers, we are located on route 1, you will get traffic noise. Watching TV, running the AC or using the sound machine helps to lessen the noise.- Security camera is on and recording 24/7. It is located in the entrance hallway serving the 4 apartments. Other cameras on the property overlook the back parking lot, the saltwater marsh and the beach. The Maine Artisans shop also has their own cameras.
