The condo is located minutes from beautiful award winning white sand beaches, Pier 60, boating, fishing, golfing and the Pinellas Trail for miles of bicycle and pedestrian recreation.The condo is an 1100 sq. ft. split floor plan which allows for two private bedrooms perfect for sharing with family or another couple. Comfortable, private and clean covered and screened patio for outdoor relaxing. Heading to the beach? There are beach chairs, beach towels, coolers provided. Enjoy free high speed internet, a 55″ flat screen TV with HD cable,. Living room has a new queen sleeper sofa couch with matching love seat.Kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, Keurig coffee maker, toaster and blender are available. Cabinets are fully stocked with glassware, barware, serving dishes, pots and pans and utensils. Laundry room includes a full-size washer and dryer, ironing board and iron. Each bedroom has a flatscreen TV, a queen size bed and an alarm clock. All linens, extra pillows, bath towels, and dish towels are provided as well as hair dryers. Keep cool with central air conditioningProvided for you: laundry detergent, dryer sheets and dishwasher tabs with a starter supply of paper products, K-Cups, etc.Must be over 25 to book rental. 7 day minimum rental.
