This floor also has a sitting area inside the house with some seating.The Third floor of the house is approximately 750 square feet of Art Studio with five sky lights , separate air conditioning. This has three Queen Size Memory Foam Beds.The house is in perfect setting for anything going on in and around Ann Arbor. For example: University of Michigan Football games (House is 1.6 miles from football stadium), Basketball games, Ice Hockey and other campus events, Art Fair, UMS performances, movies and shopping.Weddings and or Wedding related events are not allowed on this property.Base Rental Rate is for occupancy of up to five guests.
