Very well stocked and comes with all the essentials you need. 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, spacious kitchen with snack bar, stainless steel appliances, living room with Roku/Smart TV, beautiful Ethan Allen leather sectional, washer & dryer and a spectacular deck to enjoy a good cup of coffee or evening beverage while grilling out your favorite meal. We can’t forget to mention the family room in the upstairs that is perfect for reading and relaxing. There are 2 parking spaces available onsite as well as numerous adjacent public parking lots that can be used as well.****Please note that the main floor of this home is occupied by a Commercial Tenant and is not included in the rental**** There is a separate secured access for apartment guests in the back with a unique code that is rotated after each stay.
