Description

Vacation only 2 blocks to Downtown,3 blocks to Grand Haven’s beautiful riverfront and, about 1 mile to Lake Michigan. The private backyard has 2 decks, patio set, extra seating, fire pit, and gas grill. Nice friendly neighborhood! The apartment is very clean, with 2 bedrooms plus a 3rd small room with bed and dresser no closet. The mattresses have all been replaced except the sleeper sofa mattress. Both the living room and master bedroom have tv. Sunny kitchen, with everything you will need to make your meals. We do not provide food. Basement has a futon, and comfy recliner. Basement also has a washer and dryer. Well behaved dog is allowed. No need to worries about parking there is a driveway with room to park up to 4 cars. Enjoy walking the boardwalk to the Lighthouse and watch the sunset over Lake Michigan. Our place is very clean and has a very comfortable the living room. There is an upstairs apartment to this house, but no one lives there. Our family spent a lot of time in our backyard eating by the table, using the grill, and the fire pitMust be 25 to rent.This is not a party house!
