Playa Lido Unit 1 is a 1bedroom with queen size bed, living room with queen size sleep-sofa, full kitchen, WiFi and flat-screen TV.Great location, we are steps away from Lido Beach, few minute walk from St.Armands circle, a short drive to downtown Sarasota, and Marina Jacks.The Sarasota Bayrunner Trolley, is free and easy which loops through Lido Key, St. Armands circle, and Downtown sarasota. Nearby are great restaurants, cafes, exclusive boutiques, quiet side roads for jogging, cycling, or walking.We happily provide some basic amenities to help you pack light:Fresh linens- including bedding, blankets, and towels. Toilet paper and paper towels are provided to get you started. Basic cleaning supplies -dish soap and kitchen towels. Beach accessories: 2 beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrella.Parking space: each unit is provided TWO parking spaces.We have an outdoor common area, which is shared with all other units. It has a Gazebo, with a charcoal grill, outdoor seating, and outdoor hot showers.Laundry units are on site.Check_ In instructions:a lockbox code will be provide by text message prior your arrival.
