Walk out onto the balcony to enjoy the Florida sun. The dining room is next to the living room in an open floor plan, and hosts a lovely new dining table that seats six.The kitchen is fully-equipped with newer appliances in addition to a brand-new washer and dryer. This lovely and spacious kitchen has everything you need to prepare any food and drink you desire and a kitchen set that seats 4 people. A half bath is located on the main level for your convenience.The master bedroom holds a comfortable king bed with a 32-inch LCD TV and the second bedroom on the top level has two double beds also with it’s own 32-inch LCD TV. The lowest level holds the third bedroom which has a queen bed and a 32-inch TV and DVD player. This bedroom also has private access to a furnished patio, perfect for appetizers and drinks.
