This magnificent home features smart technology, so simply ask Alexia to turn on the lights, outside fountain, pool lights, etc. The dining table has seating for 6 with additional seating at the gorgeous waterfall edge kitchen island.The contemporary kitchen features a large island, gas range, great counter space and is fully equipped with all necessary cooking utensils and appliances to tackle any meal.All bedrooms all have hotel-quality mattresses, flatscreen TVs and ample storage. The Primary Suite features a King bed, TV, and large windows that overlook the pristine pool. The en suite bath has a large step free spa like walk-in shower. Suite 2 has a Queen bed, TV, and en suite shower. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors.
