Located in the heart of Vail Village between The Sebastian and Solaris with amazing views. Old World European decor compliments the Bavarian feel of Vail village with two bedrooms and two full baths, fireplace, 2 decks, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, comfortable leather couches, fast wifi, cable/roku tvs, washer/dryer, and a dedicated work space make this an ideal condo for a ski or summer escape. Garage space for 1 car only. One dog only (must be registered with HOA prior to stay and pet fee paid on reservation or reservation will be terminated) is welcome to tag along too! Access to outdoor heated pool and hot tubs at the Sebastian plus indoor hot tub and sauna at the building. You can not beat the location, charm and value of this condo! summer and fall 2024 the building will have scaffolding around it as it’s getting a new roof. This condo is several floors below the roof so no impact from the install. Scaffolding should not impair views. Garage will closed closed for most of summer, alternate parking available. Owner will reimburse ONE car in the Vail village parking structure ($35/nt) with photo of receipt. There is an unloading zone for guests right in front of building for ease of loading/unloading on arrival and departure.
