VRC16-000570The Valhalla downstairs unit, located at 3216 Gulf Drive in Holmes is a wonderful two bedroom, one bath Gulf front duplex on a secluded beach. While the Valhalla is tucked away in a quiet area, it is within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The location is perfect!The large covered deck is a perfect spot to enjoy the beach views, watch for dolphins playing in the surf and to experience the sunsets!The Valhalla will comfortably sleep six with a queen size bed, a full bed and a sofa bed in the living room. There is and updated bathroom There is a 26″flat screen TV in the living room as well as a 20″ TV in one of the bedrooms. There is a laundry room on site for your use.Located on a pristine and secluded beach area, the Valhalla is a perfect Anna Maria Island rental retreat.This unit can easily be rented in conjunction with the upstairs unit for groups up to twelve. For groups up to 21, consider the Tiki next door as well! As the name suggests, the Valhalla really is heaven!One small pet per unit is allowed with a $150.00 non-refundable pet fee.The Valhalla is a one week minimum rental.Parking is limited to two vehicles.Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property
