ValleyView is nestled up against the Appalachian Trail within a forest preserve right on the Dutchess/Putnam County line. We are less than an hour from Manhattan.You are next to streams, springs, a couple “swimming holes” and the historic Chapel at Hopeland Rest.You walk from our place onto the Appalachian Trail! You are 5 minutes from the historic, organic orchard Fishkill Farms and eclectic Beacon, NY is only a 15-minute drive or a Uber/Lyft away!You have the entire top half of this amazing house (bottom half is our daughter that watches the place) and the deck, pool and yard are all private to you. Swim, grill, and play in complete privacy.THIS IS A NO SMOKING/NO PET RENTAL. This is a 3BR, 1BTH upstairs of a roomy Raised Ranch. PLEASE NOTE: Pool closes September 20 for the season. Fire pit stays open year-round weather permitting.
