However, you do not have to stay in the home the entire 29 days.*No smoking indoors*No pets allowed on the property; owners have severe pet allergies.*You must be 25 years or older to rent a vacation home in Palm Springs.* Guest will be required to pay for actual usage of gas and electric. Billed at cost plus 10%. A $1000 utility deposit will be required for each 29-day booking.* A mid stay clean is required each 14 days. Our housekeeping staff, they will change over the sheets and clean the home for the normal cleaning fee.
