There are several seating areas down by the lake, as well as a fire pit. The Lake-view hot tub, which sits just off of the master bedroom, is operational only in winter months.Property also includes a covered boat dock that features a 23′ x 11′ boat slip with lift and dual PWC docks. There is a private boat ramp on the property, but it is not acceptable by guests.
