Submit car details 4 hours before check-in for the guest code.**Additional cars: Park in the public garage at $7/day. Register your car upon arrival to avoid booting. We cannot be responsible for boots or refund failures to register.★ Check-In & Access Details★**Receive your check-in guide 24-48 hrs before arrival, detailing lockbox access. Notify us of your arrival time and vehicle details (year/make/model/color/tag #) immediately.**Guests must be 21+ to book. Submit a photo ID via app messenger or email within 24hrs of booking to avoid non-refundable cancellation. A signed Rental Agreement is due within 24 hours of booking.**A $150 security deposit hold will be applied to your card 2 days prior to check-in and released within 3 days post-departure, subject to no damages or losses.** Please note that the pool, fitness center, and lounges are community amenities. Early check-ins will not be allowed before 8 a.m.LATE CHECK-OUTSGuests can request late check-outs within 2 days of their departure. Late checkouts are not guaranteed, and we cannot approve any late checkouts before this 2-day window. If late check-out is available, guests will be charged a fee of $20 per hour after the normal 11 a.m. check-out time. Late checkouts will not be allowed past 4 p.m.**Guests who check out late without our approval will be charged a $300 fee. This strict rule is put in place to give the cleaners enough time to clean the property and replenish supplies before the next guest arrives. **★ PET RULES ★**Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $85 per stay. A refundable damage deposit of $150 is due before check-in for a pet and service animal. Per stay, a maximum of one dog (up to 35 pounds) is permitted.
