Island kitchen on first level and sunny private yard. Bedroooms upstairs with King size bed and also office/den with twin bed. Great roof deck. Wood burning fire place, large 65″ “Frame” TV, beach shower and washer dryer. Tandem parking for two cars. The house is 1/2 block to sand, surfing, beachfront cafes and restaurants. Walk to Windward, Market St. or a few blocks east to Abbot Kinney Blvd. for more restaurants and shops.
