The main floor has two seating areas equipped with a gas fireplace and a large screen TV. The kitchen is charming and well equipped with art everywhere!The large Master Bedroom has an en suite bathroom, gas fireplace, large screen TV and a deck for sunbathing and romantic moonlit nights. Two ample bedrooms share a second full bath, and the washer & dryer is conveniently located on the second floor. A delightful back yard has a cozy firepit and gas heaters to keep you cozy on chilly evenings.Perfect as a home base for exploring LA on vacation, a relaxing place to stay for an extended work trip, or a super chill place to just kick back and enjoy some post-beach chill time.Guest accessGuests also have use of the small garage. This space is great for storing long term bike rentals, beach gear, or any other large items that you don’t want in the house. It’s also serves as a workout area complete with a Peloton bike, assorted free weights, yoga mat and blocks and more!Other things to noteThere’s ample street parking on the block.
