Perfect for families: Spacious 6 bedroom, 4 bath house located in Lago Mar ~ minutes from Sandbridge Beach and Virginia Beach. Lago Mar is a beautiful neighborhood in Va. Beach. We are minutes away from great outdoor recreation and entertainment venues including Sandbridge Beach, Back Bay Wildlife, farms & vegetable stands, VA Marine Science Museum, & Virginia Beach Oceanfront.**Please note you must be 25 or older to make a reservation on this property.Our 2-story beautiful house has hardwood floors in the living and dining room, as well as granite countertops in the kitchen & bathrooms. The open floor plan offers plenty of seating for family gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, gas stove, K cup coffeemaker, and a double oven. Bedroom 1 and 2 are located on the first floor. The sitting room has a pull-out sofa bed. Bedroom 3 has a twin/trundle combo and is the largest room with a sofa and TV. Bedroom 4 has a queen bed. Bedroom 5 has a queen and a private bathroom. Bedroom 6 is the master with a king.There is a gas grill and patio table/chairs and sitting area located on the large deck. We have a volleyball net set up and a ping pong table in the garage. If you have any other questions about the house, feel free to ask!! Linens and towels are included. Bring your laptop, but don’t plan on working too much, since high speed internet is included!
